This book is well written and interesting.  After reading the book, I have a new hero! She was widowed three times, ran her own business, raised her family, and survived in an occupied city. 

How to write a Biopoem

(Line 1) First Name
(Line 2) Three or four adjectives that describe the person.
(Line 3) Important Relationship (mother of, daughter of, son of, father of  . . . .)
(Line 4) Two or three things, people, or ideas that the person loved
(Line 5) Three feeling the person experienced
(Line 6) Three fears the person experienced
(Line 7) Accomplishment (who composed . . ., who discovered . . ., etc.)
(Line 8) Two or three things the person wanted to see happen or wanted to experience
(Line 9) His or her residence
(Line 10) Last name

Biopoem Sample

Creative, brave, strong, talented
Daughter of Samuel and Rebecca, creator of our flag
Who loved sewing, needlework, freedom, America
Who experienced love, grief, and friendship
Who feared nothing
Who created the American flag, ran a successful business, taught sewing to her daughters
Who wanted to see America form its own country
Who resided in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
